UK Deliveries 

UK postage is charged at £3.95, no matter how many items you are tempted by ;)

Deliveries are made by Royal Mail and require a signature on delivery.

International Deliveries

We ship worldwide, though please note that any import taxes or charges that may be incurred are not the responsibility of Pirates & Violets.

Packages are typically sent via a fast 5-day delivery method, though please note that Customs checks can typically add a 1-2 weeks to this (and we cannot guarantee that it won't take longer.)

Returns

Unfortunately, due to the nature of personalised & made-to-order items, these are non-returnable. However, if you aren't thrilled with your order, please get in touch and we will try to put things right.
